Description
The 16mm Air is Harken's smallest block and is perfect for small synthetic control lines found on high-tech dinghies. The patented bearing system uses stainless steel balls in a captive grooved race supporting a narrow sheave, ideally suited for small control lines. The high-strength stainless steel sideplates and head strap distribute the loads evenly while offering resistance to corrosion. They are commonly used for dinghy control lines, big boat leech lines, downhauls, outhauls, traveller controls cunninghams etc. The sheaves are 16mm in diameter and suit control lines up 5mm in diameter.
