Forsheda Mooring Compensators
Description
These original Swedish made mooring compensators absorb the shock and stress of your boat moving on its mooring lines, minimising damage to your cleats etc as well as making it more comfortable to be on board. They are made from a long lasting EPDM rubber compound which offers a high level of UV resistance and durability while being more resistant to severe temperature and weather conditions. They have moulded integral rope locks at either end and do not require any additional hardware or fittings. The length of stretch of the compensator can be varied by changing the number of times you wrap your mooring line around the centre which is quite handy in narrow mooring berths. They can also be used to dampen the shock loads on your anchor line.
